These Terms & Conditions govern your use of handyready.net and the services provided by HandyReady, operated by Heizz LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
HandyReady provides handyman, home repair, painting, and flooring installation services in South Florida. Specific services and pricing are described on our website and in individual estimates.
2. Estimates & Pricing
Estimates are based on the information you provide and may be adjusted after an on-site assessment of the actual scope of work. All estimates are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
3. Booking & Payment
A deposit may be required to confirm a booking. Final payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout or stated in your estimate.
4. Workmanship Warranty
We provide a 1-year workmanship warranty on labor performed by HandyReady. This warranty covers defects in our workmanship and does not cover materials (which are covered by the manufacturer's warranty), normal wear and tear, misuse, or pre-existing conditions. Warranty service must be requested within the warranty period.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by contacting us in advance. Deposits may be non-refundable for cancellations made with less than [24/48] hours' notice.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area, clear the area of personal belongings where needed, and disclose any known hazards or conditions affecting the work.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HandyReady's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. SMS Program Terms
By opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from HandyReady, including appointment reminders, quote follow-ups, service updates, and promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 9. Intellectual Property
All content on handyready.net, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Heizz LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
